The design is adorable, but the sizing is a bit off. I ordered my usual size and it's slightly tight in the bust. Still wearable, but I'd recommend sizing up. The dress itself is well-made and the colors are vibrant.
I wore this to a convention and got so many compliments. The Wizard of Oz theme is subtle but cute. The bowknot and ruffles are well made. It's comfortable for all day wear. True to size.
