Contract formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email — until then, we may decline an order (for example due to stock errors, pricing mistakes or suspected fraud).

Orders & payment

• Prices are shown in your selected currency at checkout and include product cost; shipping and taxes are itemised separately.
• We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.
• Payment is captured when you place the order unless stated otherwise for specific pre-order types.
• You are responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

Availability & pre-orders

• Ready-to-ship availability is shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout.
• Pre-order items are subject to production timelines stated on the product page — see our Pre-orders help page.
• If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a refund or alternative.

Dispatch & risk

We dispatch to the address you provide at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to that address, subject to applicable consumer laws in your region. You are responsible for providing a deliverable address and collecting parcels within carrier time limits.

Returns & cancellations

• Our returns policy is described on the Returns page and applies to eligible ready-to-ship items.
• Pre-order and special items may have additional conditions stated on the product page.
• Order cancellation before dispatch may be possible — contact customer care promptly.

Defective items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with consumer protection laws applicable to your purchase.
