Read the size chart first

Each product page includes IN and CM measurements for bust, waist, length and other key points. Compare these to a garment you already own — laid flat on a table — rather than relying on everyday sizing alone.

How to measure yourself

• Bust: measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
• Waist: measure at the natural waistline, typically the narrowest point above the navel.
• Shoulder width: measure straight across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam on a well-fitting garment.
• Skirt length: from waistband to hem — compare to your preferred hemline (knee, mid-calf, ankle).
• Wear the undergarments or blouse you plan to coordinate with when measuring for accuracy.

Dress types

• JSK (Jumper Skirt): sleeveless; worn with a blouse. Check bodice length, bust and shoulder measurements.
• OP (One Piece): includes sleeves in one garment. Pay attention to sleeve length, upper arm and shoulder width.
• SK (Skirt): coordinate with blouse and petticoat; waist and length matter most.
• Salopette / overall-style JSK: check both bodice and bib measurements in addition to waist.

Fit tips

• When between sizes, size up — especially for fitted sleeves, structured bodices or back shirring with limited stretch.
• Petticoat volume affects how a skirt sits; allow room if you wear a full A-line or cupcake shape.
• Blouse sizing is often separate from dress sizing — check both when building a coordinate.
• Use the fit guide on each product page for piece-specific notes from our team or the label.

Common fit questions

• Shirring (elasticated back panels) adds flexibility — compare relaxed vs stretched measurements when provided.
• High-waist skirts sit above the natural waist; low-waist styles sit at or below the hip.
• Ouji sizing may follow different conventions — always use the chart on the product page.
