Return window
You may request a return within 5 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.
Eligible items
- Ready-to-ship garments and accessories in unworn, resalable condition.
- Items with no signs of wear, alteration, perfume or washing.
- Pieces returned with all included accessories stated on the product page.
Exceptions
- Pre-order and made-to-order pieces may have different terms — check the product page before ordering.
- Custom sizing, final-sale or clearance items where stated.
- Items marked as non-returnable in the product description.
