Finally a cute Lolita dress in plus size! The 4X fits my 48" bust and 42" waist comfortably. The rose ruffles are beautiful, and the square collar is elegant. The short sleeves are a bit tight on my arms, but okay. The high waist is very flattering. I'll wear it to picnics.
