Beautiful

The service was amazing they responded immediately and fixed any issues I had and kept me updated on what was going on. The dress took a little while to ship but not longer than expected and came in time for what I needed it for like I had planned. The dress was very similar to the picture but I had a couple issues with the bows not staying on their clips and had to use a little hot glue on it. Everything else about the dress was fine and that was the only issue I had.

Very nice!

This is the first Lolita dress I’ve ever bought. I love the dress. There are so many beautiful details. It was also such a pleasant surprise to open the package and have so many unexpected accessories! The ship time was decent as well. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because, although I know each dress won’t be an exact replica, some parts of the dress are noticeably uneven, even from far away. It’s not such a huge deal to me to return it, but it was disappointing. Otherwise I’m quite happy with the dress (for my birthday+halloween!)
