Beautiful dress, fast respose from Customer care

I bought this dress for my birthday in October so I wouldn't have to worry about it coming in late and it actually came in really quickly. The dress itself is beautiful and the Fabric isn't what I expected but is still true to what you see in the photos, they just used a really good lighting. I did have a problem with my Order, the flowers got crushed and the train wasn't sent in with the dress but the Customer care Representative responded within 12hrs to my email and set out to help me resolve the issue. Now all I have to do is wait for an email back from them on when the Train will be done in production, and also if you are in the USA and receiving the product from FedEx also all I can say is good luck. The company (LolitaInside) sent the shipment in a bubble mail bag apperently but it got changed in the carrier for some reason and ended up being in a flimsy zip lock kinda bag. (Which crushed the roses QwQ) Also! Freebies! It was cute. Thank you and especially thank you for customer care being quick to respond.
