The dress itself is lovely, but I didn't realize the blouse wasn't included. The description mentions a blouse size chart, so I assumed it came with it. Still, the dress is well-made and the lace-up is a nice feature. Fits true to size.
I was surprised by the quality. The ruffles are nicely done and the lace-up is sturdy. It's polyester but doesn't feel cheap. I wore it to a convention and it held up well. The blue color is exactly as pictured. Highly recommend.
