This blouse gives off such a Victorian gothic vibe! The ruffled stand collar and lace details are exquisite. The puff sleeves are adorable. I wore it with a black skirt and got tons of compliments. The polyester-spandex blend is comfortable and doesn't wrinkle easily. True to size.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this blouse. The lace is not scratchy and the ruffles are neatly sewn. The stand collar stays up nicely. It's a bit loose on me but I prefer that. The short puff sleeves are cute and the fabric is soft. Will buy again in other colors if available.
