I was hesitant to buy online, but this exceeded my expectations. The ruffles are sewn well, not cheap looking. The pleats hold their shape. It's my go-to for when I want to add a bit of punk to my outfit. True to size.
The design is exactly as pictured. The only downside is that the fabric wrinkles easily, so I have to iron it before wearing. Otherwise, it's a solid skirt. The buckle is a nice touch. Fits as expected.
