I followed the tip to wrap cotton thread and now it fits fine. The chain adjusts from 15 to 20cm, but my wrist is 16cm and it's a bit snug on the loosest setting. Still, I get compliments.

Actually, it was too big for my pinky but too small for my ring finger. I ended up wearing it on my middle finger and it's fine. Just be aware of the size.
