I've bought a lot of gothic clothing online and this is one of the best. The lantern sleeves are perfectly puffy and the metal buttons feel sturdy. The high collar frames the face nicely. It's warm enough for fall but breathable. True to size, maybe slightly roomy.
The velvet burnout is gorgeous and the front ribbons add a nice romantic touch. I love the flounce cuffs, they make the shirt feel very dramatic. It's polyester and spandex so it has some give. I've worn it to a few goth nights and it's held up well. Highly recommend.
The material is soft and the button details are lovely. However, the sleeves ran a bit long on me and I'm 6'1". The high collar is a bit tight if you have a thicker neck. Still, it looks fantastic for gothic outfits. I'd size up if you're broad shouldered.
This shirt is even better in person. The velvet burnout floral pattern is subtle but striking, and the metal buttons and ribbon details give it a real vintage gothic feel. The lantern sleeves and flounce cuffs are dramatic without being costumey. I wore it to a concert and got compliments all night. Fits true to size.
I was worried the high collar would be stiff, but it's actually comfortable. The velveteen knit has a nice stretch thanks to the spandex. The forked cuffs with buttons are a great touch. I'm 5'10" 170lbs and the large fits perfectly. Great quality for the price.
