I was pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price. The stitching is neat and the fabric doesn't wrinkle easily. The ruffles are attached well and don't flop. I'm 5'5" and it hits just above the knee, perfect for a cute look.
The skirt is well made and the pattern is pretty, but it runs a bit long. I'm 5'2" and it falls past my knees, which is not typical for lolita style. It might need hemming for shorter girls. Otherwise, it's lovely.
The waistband is comfortable and doesn't dig in. The skirt has a nice swish when you walk. I bought it for a lolita meetup and it fit right in. The ruffles are feminine without being too much. I'm very happy with this purchase.

The skirt is gorgeous and well made. However, I found the waist runs small. I normally wear a medium, but I needed a large. The length is great though. I get tons of compliments when I wear it.
