I can wear this in any season with the right layering. The fabric is soft and the stitching is neat. The high waist is very flattering. I sized up for a looser fit and it's perfect. The belt is a great touch.

The design is beautiful and the ruffles are gorgeous. However, I found it runs a bit small in the bust. I had to exchange for a larger size. The belt helps with the fit though. Still a great buy.
