This dress exceeded my expectations. The ruffles are neatly sewn, and the collar sits nicely. I'm 5'7" and it hits just above my ankles, which is perfect. The dual purpose feature is great for varying my coordinates. I wore it to a convention and received many compliments. The fabric is light enough for summer but layers well for winter. Definitely worth it.
