Nice quality, arms tight
I love the pleated velvet and the trumpet sleeves. However, the arms are quite tight. I’m 5’4” and 130 lbs, ordered a small, and the sleeves squeeze my forearms. Still, it’s a beautiful blouse for cool weather.
