I was worried about the shipping time since it's customized, but it actually arrived in 5 days. The blue cotton fabric is sturdy but not scratchy, and the square collar sits flat. The ruffles and pleats hold their shape well. I'm 5'4" and the floor length is perfect with a petticoat. Definitely my new favorite classic piece.
This dress exceeded my expectations. The multi-layer pleats are neat and the cap sleeves are flattering. I wore it to a tea party and got so many compliments. It's lightweight enough for summer but I can layer it for winter. Remember accessories aren't included, so you'll need your own blouse and socks. True to size.
The square collar and ruffles give such a classic Victorian look. Fabric is soft cotton, not stiff. I ordered my usual size and it fits perfectly with a little room for a petticoat. The skirt is very full with the layers. Shipping was faster than expected for a customized item. Very happy with this purchase.
I've worn this dress three times already. The pleats are sewn well and don't come undone. The blue color is a nice muted shade, matches a lot of my accessories. It's comfortable for all day wear. The only small thing is the cap sleeves are a bit loose on me, but not a dealbreaker. Still five stars.

The dress is lovely and the ruffles are well made. However, the cotton wrinkles a lot after washing, so you'll need to iron it carefully. Also, the sizing runs a bit small in the bust. I sized up and it fits better. Still a good classic lolita piece for the price. Just be ready to steam it.
