I was worried it would be too warm for spring, but the detachable sleeves solve that completely. Wore it with sleeves in autumn and without in summer. The ruffles hold their shape well after washing. Very happy with this purchase.
The black and white colorway is so striking in person. I paired it with a petticoat and it looked incredible. Bowknot is well-sewn, not flimsy at all. Got tons of photos at the convention.
