Wore this to a local lolita tea party and everyone asked where I got it. The blue is a soft dusty shade, not neon. Bowknots are sturdy and the ruffles hold their shape. True to size for me.
I was worried about the quality for the price but it exceeded expectations. The stitching is clean, no loose threads. The blue color matches the photos. Fits my waist perfectly with the shirring.
I own several lolita dresses and this is now my top pick. The fabric is lightweight but has a nice weight to it. The ruffle details are neatly sewn. Shipping took a while but worth the wait.
The blue is gorgeous and the ruffles are so sweet. I usually wear a medium but ordered a large based on the measurements, and it fits perfectly. Only complaint is the bowknot in the back is a bit floppy. Still a lovely JSK set for the price.

Did a mermaid themed photoshoot in this and the ruffles looked amazing on camera. The fabric doesn't wrinkle easily. The bowknots are detachable which is a nice bonus. True to size.
