I've been looking for a jirai kei skirt that isn't too expensive and this is it. The lace-up back and ruffles are exactly what I wanted. The polyester is a bit warm but fine for cooler days. The print is sweet and the pink is lovely.
I wore this all day at a theme park and it was comfortable. The elastic waist? No, it's a lace-up but still fits well. The print is subtle and cute. I got the pink and it's very sweet. Would recommend to anyone into the style.
