Cute, slightly scratchy
The design is exactly what I wanted for a sweet coord. Only complaint is the inner lining feels a little rough against bare legs, so I wear tights underneath. Not a dealbreaker for the price.

The embroidery is lovely and the red color is rich. I usually wear a medium but had to size up because it's quite slim through the waist. Good quality cotton blend, just be careful with sizing.
