The coat itself looks awesome and the embroidery is well done. My issue is sizing. I normally wear a large but ordered XL based on reviews and it barely fits across the chest. If you're broad shouldered, definitely size up two. Otherwise a solid gothic piece.
Love the mix of red and black. The jacquard fabric has a nice raised pattern you can feel. Embroidery on chest is the standout. It's polyester, so dry clean or hand wash cold. Fits true to size for a tailored look.
Looks very close to the photos. The red is a bit darker in person which I actually prefer. Hook clasp is decorative more than functional, so don't rely on it. Sleeves are a touch long on me. Still, for the price it's a great statement coat.
The red is vibrant and the black velvet splice looks luxe. Hand embroidery is neat, no loose threads. I'm 5'10 170lbs and medium fits well with a tee underneath. Great for layering in fall. Would buy again.
Bought this for a costume but ended up wearing it out. The fake two piece look is convincing and the embroidered chest catches light nicely. Fabric is a little stiff at first but softens. One thread came loose near the clasp but easy to fix.
Honestly surprised by the fabric weight. Black velvety part is soft and the jacquard has a nice subtle pattern. Wore it to a concert and got compliments all night. It's polyester so not super breathable, but fine for cool weather. True to size for a slim fit.
