I wear this over a petticoat and it puffs out nicely. The high waist stays put. Fabric doesn't wrinkle much, which I appreciate. Works in every season here. The accessories aren't included, so I added my own bow. No regrets.
I pair this with a cream blouse and it looks like a proper classic coord. Length is modest, hits around my knees. The high waist makes my shape look nice. No complaints at all. Just remember no accessories come with it.
