The color is a really pretty cool brown, not too ashy. Hair is soft for high temp wire and the bangs lay flat right out of the bag. Only thing is the double ponytails — you have to style them yourself, which took me about 20 minutes the first time. Looks adorable once done though.
I was worried high temp wire would feel plasticky but it's actually soft and moves nicely. Black tea brown is a rich dark shade. Styled the loose hair into two ponytails with simple hair ties, super easy. No shedding so far after a few wears.

I got the black tea brown and it matches my natural hair pretty well. Length is long and straight, no weird shine. Knocking a star because the ponytails come loose and you have to clip them in yourself. Not hard, just wasn't expecting it. Still cute for the price.
Honestly better than I expected. The cool brown is a lovely muted tone, not orange at all. Wig cap fit my head fine and the bangs sit right above my eyes. Yes, you style the ponytails yourself, but that's clearly stated. Took me 10 minutes. Would buy again.
