This is my new favorite lolita dress. The chiffon is soft and the ruffles are perfectly placed. I wore it in autumn with a cardigan and it worked great. The blue and white is even prettier in person. Highly recommend.

The dress is adorable and the high waist fits nicely. I wore it in winter with tights and a coat. However, it needs a petticoat to get that full sweet lolita shape. Also, the strapless top slipped a little when I moved a lot.
