I got both versions because I couldn't decide. They are slightly different in the print but both are gorgeous. The ruffles are well made and the bow is detachable. Shipping was within 30 days as stated. Very happy.
I ordered the first version and it fits true to size. The navy collar and ruffled bow are so cute. Fabric is cotton with a nice stretch. Shipping took about 3 weeks. I wore it to a meetup and got compliments all day.

The design is lovely and the fabric has good stretch. However, I found it runs a bit small in the bust. I sized up and it worked. The collar is stiff at first but softens after a wash. Still a nice dress for the price.
