I was surprised by the quality of these shoes. The synthetic leather is soft and doesn't crease badly. The cross straps keep my feet secure, and the bow is firmly attached. I usually wear a size 7 and ordered the same, perfect fit. Heel height is just right for a little lift without pain.

These are lovely shoes, but they run a bit small. I'm usually a 7.5 and ordered an 8, still a little tight in the toe. The straps are adjustable, which helps. The heel is comfortable for the height. I wish they came in half sizes. Still, they look great with my Lolita dresses.
