The twill fabric feels sturdy but still stretches. Double-layered ruffles are well sewn. Long sleeves and stand collar give it that classic gothic look. I am 5'4" and the length hits just below the knee. Very happy.

The double-layered ruffle detail is gorgeous and the black is deep and rich. I usually wear a medium but sized up based on other reviews. It fits well now. Only wish the sleeves were a bit longer. Still a lovely dress.
