This waistcoat looks amazing layered over a blouse. The asymmetrical hem adds drama and the lace-up back is adjustable. It's quite thin, so I can't wear it alone in winter. The frog button is well sewn. Good for transitional weather.
The floral spiral pattern on the asymmetrical hem looks even better in person. I was worried about the fit since it's inelastic, but the lace-up back saved me. Polyester but feels nicer than expected. Pairs great with a black maxi skirt.

The velvet is lovely and the Chinese frog button detail is unique. However, the fitted cut is very fitted, and with no stretch I should've sized up. The chiffon panel is delicate. Still a solid gothic piece for the price, just check the measurements.
