I was surprised by how comfortable this is. The velvet is soft and the smocking at the back allows for movement. The beaded collar adds a nice gothic touch. I'm 5'4" and it hits mid-thigh. Great for clubbing or everyday alt fashion. Would buy again.
The dress is beautiful and well-made. The velvet is soft and the beading is secure. However, it runs a bit small in the bust. I'm usually a medium but should have sized up. The smocking helps but still snug. Otherwise, a great gothic piece.
The material is thick and stretchy, not cheap at all. The beading on the collar is a nice touch. I'm 5'6" and 140 lbs, ordered a medium, fits true to size. The ribbons tie in the back and look awesome. Definitely recommend for any goth wardrobe.
