Bought this for a concert and it was perfect. The faux leather has a nice weight, not cheap feeling. Ruffles are subtle but add that vintage edge. Got lots of compliments. I'm 32 waist and the fit was spot on.
The black is deep and the ruffle is well sewn. I like the irregular hem, gives it a DIY vibe. Pairs great with boots and a band tee. True to size, maybe slightly roomy. No complaints.
This kilt is my new favorite. Punk and vintage at the same time. The faux leather looks real enough. I wore it to a show and it moved well. Easy to clean too, just wipe it down.

Quality is good and the ruffles look great. But it runs a bit small in the waist. I'd suggest sizing up. Otherwise the material is nice and it has a cool punk look.
