I pair this with high-waisted jeans and it's perfect. The cross detail and ruffles make it stand out. Puff sleeves are short but not too puffy. Buckle waist is adjustable. Washed it once, no fading. Very happy.
The zipper goes all the way down which makes it easy to put on. Ruffled collar is soft, not scratchy. Buckled waist actually holds. I'm 5'4" 120lbs and small fits great. Got the black, goes with everything.
