I absolutely adore this skirt. The layers give it such a dramatic gothic look and the ruffles are perfect. The black is rich and the stripes are elegant. It's comfortable and the waist has some stretch. I've already worn it to a meetup and got compliments.
The skirt is well constructed and the striped print is subtle. It's not as puffy as I expected without a petticoat, so definitely wear one underneath. The length is good for me at 5'6". The ruffles are a nice touch. Worth it for the price.
