The double layered ruffle and the leg ring with buckles make this skirt stand out. It's well made and the black color is rich. Polyester fabric is fine for the style. Fits true to size. Definitely recommend for anyone into Japanese fashion.
The skirt itself is lovely, ruffles are well made. The leg ring is a bit awkward to attach and adjust but once on it looks cool. Polyester material is okay, wrinkles easily. True to size for me. Would recommend for jirai kei fans.
