The jacquard and embroidery look really nice in person. Lapel collar sits well. My only issue is the lantern sleeves are very wide, so they catch on things. Still a solid gothic piece for the price.
The lace embroidery is stunning up close. Lapel collar gives it a regal vibe. I wore it with black trousers and the matching necktie to a formal goth event. Got so many questions about where I bought it. Lightweight but not see-through.
Ordered a large and it fits true to size. The lantern sleeves are dramatic but not annoying. Polyester blend has a slight sheen that looks expensive. The tie is a nice bonus. Would buy again in another color if they had one.
The embroidered lace and jacquard details are even better in person. Sleeves are long enough for my arms. I'm 6'1" and the large works. Wore it to a concert and stayed comfortable all night. The necktie completed the look.
I was worried about the quality but it's surprisingly well constructed. The lapel collar stands up nicely. Lantern sleeves have a nice shape without being costume-like. I've washed it once on gentle and it held up. Great for gothic or palace-inspired outfits.
I bought this for a gothic photoshoot and it exceeded expectations. The swallow-tailed back and lantern sleeves photograph beautifully. Jacquard pattern is visible without being loud. I'm 5'10" 170lbs and medium fits perfectly.
Fabric feels like decent polyamide blend, not scratchy. Embroidered lace details are subtle and elegant. The included necktie is flimsy though. Wore it to a themed party and got compliments. Runs a bit loose in the shoulders.
