I've been looking for a blouse like this for ages. The puff sleeves are so extra and I love it. The ruffle detail is subtle but there. Fabric is polyester, so it's a bit shiny, but for the price it's great. I got a medium, fits well, maybe a bit tight in shoulders.
Used this for a Castlevania cosplay and it worked perfectly. The ruffles and pleats give it that aristocratic vibe. Buttons are sturdy. I'm 6'0" 180lbs and large fit well. Only complaint is it wrinkles easily, but that's polyester for you.
