I was a bit skeptical about the leather material, but it's actually really nice. It has a slight sheen and drapes beautifully. The skirt hits just above the knee on me (I'm 5'6") and the square hem is unique. Very comfortable for a faux leather skirt. Great for all seasons!
I'm usually between sizes, so I sized up and it fits perfectly. The boning in the waist really gives a nice hourglass shape. The fabric has a gorgeous liquid shine. Definitely a statement piece. I've washed it once on gentle and it still looks brand new.
This skirt is even better in person. The leather is soft and supple, not stiff like I expected. The square hem is fun and different. I love the ribbed back panel – it gives a bit of stretch. I've worn it all day without any discomfort. 10/10.
I really like this skirt, but the waist runs a bit small. I'm 28 inches and the small fits but it's snug. I should have sized up. Also, the leather has a slight smell at first, but it aired out after a day. Other than that, it's a great skirt.
This skirt is so versatile. I've worn it to work with a blazer and out at night with a corset top. The material is thick but not too hot. The waistband is structured but comfortable. I've already ordered another color (if they have one).
Finally a skirt that fits my gothic aesthetic but is also practical. The high waist is very flattering and the back zipper makes it easy to put on. I love the unfinished hem edge – it adds a cool distressed look. Worth every penny.
