This dress is stunning. The see-through sleeves are sheer but not too revealing, and the velvet fabric is high quality. The skirt is asymmetrical which gives it a unique look. I bought it for a gothic themed party and it was a hit. The tie is actually functional but I tied it loosely. Runs true to size.
