I'm impressed with the quality. The fabric is a nice blend and feels durable. The mesh is not too sheer, which is good. They look high-end. I'm 5'8" and the length is perfect. Definitely worth the money.
These pants are even better in person. The crochet lace is intricate and the mesh adds a nice edge. I'm 5'6" and 140 lbs, got a medium, and they fit perfectly. They're a bit long but that's fine with heels. Definitely a conversation starter.
