Exactly as described. The metal is quality, not cheap at all. The tassel adds a nice touch. I was worried about sizing but the adjustability makes it universal. Wore it to a concert and it stayed in place all night. Definitely a staple for my alt wardrobe.
This harness is even better in person. The crystals catch the light beautifully and the chain feels sturdy. I wore it over a black tee and got so many compliments. The adjustable straps make it fit great. Highly recommend!

Really cool piece, but the chain tassel came a bit tangled out of the package. A little fiddle and it was fine. The crystals are pretty and it looks great on. Just wish the pendant was a bit bigger for the price, but overall satisfied.
