Absolutely adorable. The twill fabric has a nice weight, so it drapes well. The triple layers make it poofy enough on its own. I added a simple white blouse underneath. The bow at the neck is a bit large but cute. Lace-up back works great for my bust. Washed gently and it held up fine.
I was worried the yellow might be too bright, but it's a muted custard. The ruffles are even, and the lace-up detail is sturdy. Sleeveless design is perfect for summer. I wore it with a petticoat for extra volume. The tiered skirt is twirly. No loose threads. Fits my 34" bust comfortably. Would buy again.
