I was hesitant to order because of the size chart, but I'm glad I did. The dress is beautiful and the material is soft. The ruffles are not itchy at all. I love the college style, it's not too over-the-top. I wore it to a meetup and felt great. The only thing is the sleeves are a bit tight around the wrists, but it's not a big deal. For the price, it's a steal.
