I bought this for a tea party and it was a hit. The ruffles are neatly sewn and the faux two-piece design is clever. The blue is a soft, pretty shade. I'm 5'4" and the length hits just above the knee. The twill fabric has a nice weight to it. Very happy with this purchase.
