The dress itself is adorable and well-made for the price. However, I had to size up because the bust was tight. I'm usually a medium but ordered a large, and it fits fine now. The red is a bit darker than the photos, more of a deep cherry. Still happy with it for casual wear.
This is my first B.Dolly piece and I'm impressed. The ruffles at the hem are generous and the print is clear, not pixelated. I wore it with a white blouse and it looked sweet without being costumey. The fabric doesn't wrinkle easily, which is a plus for storage. Definitely recommend.
The skirt has enough volume for a petticoat, and the ruffles are so fun. I wore it in autumn with a cardigan and tights, and it worked perfectly. The waist has a bit of stretch, which helps. I'm 5'7" and it hits mid-thigh, so taller folks might want to check the length. Overall, a lovely dress.
