Perfect dress and excellent customer support
I purchased this beautiful dress for my daughter, and although shipping was taking longer than expected, I contacted customer service via email and received a quick response. They informed me that my order was on backorder. After I explained that the dress was for my daughter's middle school prom, they expedited the process, and the dress arrived in less than a week. My daughter absolutely loves the dress! It looked beautiful online, but it was even more stunning in person. The dress can be worn with or without a petticoat, and my daughter chose to wear it without one. It looked absolutely gorgeous. She received so many compliments throughout the evening and said she felt like a princess wearing it. The quality of the dress was excellent, and the entire shopping experience was smooth and stress-free. I'm very grateful for the outstanding customer service and would happily shop with Lolita again.
