The high waist is very flattering and the multi-color design is vibrant without being too loud. I've worn it in spring and fall with different layers. The fabric feels sturdy. Just remember accessories are not included, so budget for those separately.
The dress is adorable and the embroidery is well done. My only complaint is that the lantern sleeves are quite short, more like cap sleeves, so I can't wear it in cold weather without a cardigan. Otherwise the fit is good and the doll collar is lovely.
This OP is a staple. The lantern sleeves and doll collar give it that classic sweet look. I've worn it in winter with tights and a coat, and in summer without. The embroidery is neat. No accessories included, but that's clearly stated. Very happy.

I usually wear a medium but ordered a large based on other reviews. It fits perfectly now. The high waist hits at a good spot and the skirt is not too puffy. The colors are true to the photos. It's a bit pricey for what it is, but still nice.
