Exactly as described. The blue is rich and the bowknot sits nicely at the collar. I'm 5'4" and the length hits just above the knee. Wore it to a tea party and everyone asked where I got it. The cardigan is soft and not itchy at all.
The blue color is lovely and the ruffles look just like the photos. I wore it to a convention and got compliments all day. Only downside is the cardigan fits tight in the shoulders, so size up if you're broad. The bowknot is a nice touch.
I was worried about the cotton being stiff, but it's actually quite soft. The ruffles are sewn well and nothing came loose after a full day of wear. The short sleeves keep me from overheating. Fits true to size for me, 110 lbs.
