Ordered this for a convention and it did not disappoint. The bowknot at the front is detachable on mine, which was a nice surprise. Triple-layered skirt holds a petticoat well. Cotton feels breathable for long wear. True to the measurements listed. Already planning to buy the white version.
I am obsessed with this dress. The black and white colorway is so elegant and the ruffle details are beautifully done. Lace is soft, not scratchy. It's fully sleeveless so I paired it with a blouse underneath. Fabric has zero stretch but the jacquard looks expensive. Great buy.
This JSK is well constructed. Seams are clean, no loose threads, and the triple layers give good volume without a petticoat. Sleeveless design is versatile. I wore it with a black blouse and it looked straight out of a brand catalog. The bow detail is sewn securely. Recommend.
The dress itself is gorgeous, the lace and ruffles are exactly what I wanted. My only gripe is that without a petticoat it looks a bit flat, so budget for one. Also the waist runs a touch large on me, but a belt fixes it. Still a solid gothic lolita piece for the price.
The ruffle trim and lace are so delicate and pretty. I was worried it might look cheap but the jacquard fabric is sturdy and the dark pattern is subtle. Fits true to size for me at 5'4", 120lbs. The bowknot sits flat and doesn't sag. Very happy with this purchase.
The jacquard pattern is really pretty in person and the triple layers give it a nice full shape. I usually wear a small and this was snug in the waist, so size up if you're between sizes. The bowknot is a bit floppy but I steamed it. Wore it to a tea party and got compliments all day.
