Finally a black JSK that works for both classic and gothic coords. The hot stamping detail catches the light without being tacky, and the bowknot at the waist is detachable? No, it's sewn on but sits nicely. Ruffles are triple layered and hold their shape with a petticoat. Wore it to a meetup and got compliments all day.
This JSK is stunning. The hot stamping detail is subtle but catches the eye, and the triple ruffles give it that princess silhouette. Bowknot is cute and not flimsy. Fabric is polyester so it doesn't breathe much, but for the style it's fine. True to size. Shipping took a while but worth the wait.
The triple-layered ruffle hem is everything. So much volume without a super heavy petticoat. Hot stamping looks expensive and the bowknot is perfectly placed. I'm 5'4" and it hits just above the knee. Wore it for a photoshoot and the black photographed beautifully. Classic gothic lolita done right.
Bought this for a formal tea party and it was perfect. The hot stamping adds just enough interest to an all-black dress. Ruffles are neat and even, no loose threads. Polyester is a bit warm but that's expected. The bowknot is securely attached. Sizing was accurate per the chart. Very happy with this purchase.
I was nervous ordering from a new shop but this exceeded expectations. Polyester is thick, not that cheap shiny stuff. The hot stamping pattern is subtle and elegant. Fits true to my usual size, maybe a touch roomy in the bust. The bowknot is a nice focal point. Would buy again in another color if they had one.
The hot stamping bowknot is gorgeous in person and the triple-layered ruffle skirt has great volume. I usually wear a medium in lolita but sized up based on the measurements. Only complaint is the polyester feels a bit stiff right out of the bag, hoping it softens after a wash. Still a solid classic piece for the price.
