Was worried the straps would snap because they're thin, but they held up fine through a whole party. Lace-up detail is adjustable and the velvet fabric doesn't wrinkle much. Happy with this purchase.
I wear this constantly. The strappy details and cross make it stand out from plain slip dresses. Velvet-ish polyester is easy to wash cold and hang dry. No fading yet after three wears.
The lace-up detail makes it feel custom. I'm usually between sizes and the strappy back let me tighten it perfectly. Material is a bit stretchy. Got the medium, 34C bra size, fits fine. Cross strap is a nice pop of red.
Was nervous ordering online but this matches the photos. Black velvet with red cross straps. Wore it for date night and my partner loved it. A little short on me at 5'9" but I'm tall. Still works with tights.
Put this over a black tee and it looks amazing. The red cross lace-up back is the star. Straps feel secure, didn't slip. I sized up to large for a looser fit and it's perfect for layering.
The dress itself is pretty, velvet look is nice and the red cross is eye-catching. But I'd say size up. I got a small and it's tight around the ribs. Also the straps needed some adjusting. Still keeping it though.
I wore this to a local goth night and got so many compliments. The velvet feel is soft, not cheap at all. Lace-up back fits snug and the straps don't dig in. I'm 5'6" 130lbs and a small hits right above the knee.
Ordered on a whim for a concert. The black and red cross design looks even better in person. Polyester but it has that nice velvet texture. Straps are adjustable which saved me. Wore it with fishnets, felt great all night.
